I AM HAVING SHORTNESS OF BREATH, I HAVE FLUID IN BOTH EARS, MY NOSE IS EITHER STOPPED UP OR RUNNY, I HAVE HEADACHES, CHESTACHES AND UPPER BACK ACHES. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING KETEK TODAY IS THE FOURTH DAY THAT I HAVE TAKEN IT AND I FEEL WORSE TODAY THAN I DID ON MONDAY. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME.

It sounds as if you have a viral repirstory tract infection.

The shortness of breath ,though, is a cause for concern and suggests that something more significant may be going on.

It is essential that you have your chest examined by a Dr as soon as you can mansge.
