Can you tell me how long you have been on Customer (name blocked for privacy)? How much are you taking a day? Are you on any other kind of medications? If so, what is the name of them? Is there a reason why you believe that Customer (name blocked for privacy) makes you gain weight? Have you had any kind of lab tests done, such as thyroid, cholesterol?
