I took 7 75mg effexors and then drank alchohol with them.

I took 7 75mg effexors and then drank alchohol with them. Later that night I threw up all black colored vomit. I have not thrown up since but still feel nauseas what should I do??

I think you should be OK from the point of view of your 7 effexor tabs.
