what can cause diarrhea right after you get done eating ...it happens every time when my boyfriend gets done eating he has to go to the bathroom

I would like to know why my boyfriend gets the dirreaha after he gets done eating ..it doesnt make any difference what the eats he still has to go to the bathroom when he is finished eating . Its like the food goes right through him ..hes not in any pain ..just has to run to the bathroom right away when he is finished eating. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreicated... Thanks ..carol
