Hi, I'm having intermittent stomach pains in the upper abdomen. It began last night while I was sleeping (I remember dreaming about it) and has continued all day. The pains are very sharp, last for about 10 seconds and occur every 10 minutes or so. I thought it might have been a stomach ulcer, so I took an antacid, but that didn't seem to help. Is there anything else it could be?
