(Not a Health Question?)

I have high potassium and want to find ways of lowering it.

Sent to Health Experts September 03 08:39 PM

I have high potassium and want to find ways of lowering it. I need to know what is the average amount of potassium a body needs each day? How do I learn how to contorl the amount of potassium I eat. How to do I measure it?

I have some kidney damage, but do not have kidney disease yet.

Thank you.
