My mother is suffering a burning sensation in the buttox area. She says it really hurts. Iam confused and I am not sure what this could be.Please help

Can you tell me exactly where the pain is? Is it around the rectum? Or inside the rectum? When was the last time she had a bowel movement? Does she feel like her bowel is full?
