When i poke my belly button it hurts what does that mean? also how hard is your testicle suppose to be? and if its kind of hard what does that mean?

Please supply me with some additional information. How long have you noticed the problem with your stomach? A testicle should not be too hard but it should hurt before you can press too hard. I have had the problem with my abdomin. Usually it occurs when the abdominal wall needs to expand but the person disallows that.
