Is the rash scaly or dry?
Have you recently been bitten by a tick in that area?
Does the rash hurt?
Can you think of any object that was on your neck that fits the markings?
Has the redness spread?
Can you send a picture of this through email? That would help greatly to indentify the rash and possibly what caused it. Thanks.James
