Recently I have started feeling like I am having difficulty breathing. I will be sitting and start feeling like I never catch my breath fully. Also, if I start eating or drinking I feel like if I eat or drink too much I can't breath or feel like my chest hurts. I also sometimes wake up with my hands numb but it might be the way I am sleeping. Please help.

Sometimes, I start feeling like I can't breathe and then I keep thinking about it and sometimes it gets worse. Could anxiety make me feel this way or could it be something worse?
