I crashed my quad 2 days ago and landed on my left buttocks. I don't see a bruise but it is very tender on the upper buttocks/lower back. When I walk I get a sharp pain that shoots right through the area. What could it be?

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 30

Hello

Well a history of fall, shooting pain in that area needs

investigations to rule out coccydynia.

Reply to Dr AMIT MUNJAL's Post: It is not my tailbone that hurts, on my upper left buttcheek, it fells like the tissue or possibly the muscle that hurts, there is no bruise but it is tender and when I walk on my left leg it shoots a pain right in that area.
