What is it when you are just sitting and a fecal odor becomes evident when there was no passing gas, etc.

I recommend that you be examined by a gastroenterologist because you may have an H.pylori infection. People with H. pylori have a fecal-like breath. I also recommend that you treat any constipation with an appropriate laxative and diet. Take 30 cc of milk of magnesia every night so you cleanse your bowels every morning. Eat frequent small meals during the day to prevent ketosis which can cause a fecal-like ketone breath odor.
