how does the pupil of the eye respond to light
Sent to Health Experts September 14 04:42 PM

my son has had a retinal tear op.
He has had gas injected in his eye and cannot see other than light change.
He has been told it will take several weeks for his sight to return to near normal.
He has noticed that the pupil of the affected eye remains dilated even when he shines a strong light into it.
