I'm very sorry you've had so many problems with doctors. It's great that you're still willing to accept a doctor's care - and it's great that you're taking active steps in getting help.
It sounds like you would actually benefit from switching primary care physicians. Unfortunately there don't seem to be many doctors actually in Batavia, IL. However, I was able to find a few. Since you have good health insurance, switching shouldn't be a problem. When you call to find a new doctor, there is NO need to tell them about your problems with doctors in the past - you should simply say that you have some health issues and you need to change doctors due to personal issues. The bottom line is that your CURRENT health is what matters - not what has happened to you in the past. (NOTE: I am emphasizing this because you report doctors being afraid of working with you because they think you are likely to sue).
Here are some possible doctors you can call:
< border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" wid="100%"><>< wid="100%" valign="top">Hajzl, Matthew DC - Batavia Physical Medicine
119 S Batavia Ave
Batavia, IL
(630) 482-2214>><>< wid="100%" valign="top">Delgadillo, Alexander MD - Delgadillo Alexander MD
34 N Water St # 201
Batavia, IL

If these doctors are unacceptable for whatever reason, explore doctors in the surrounding towns, such as Aurora and Wayne. To find doctors, go to:

Good luck to you! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Sincerely,
Emily
