Possibilities of causes for my pain..Painful passing gas, sharp pain radiates to my rectum area, when sitting I feel like I am sitting on my guts. When I urinate, I stop right before my bladder is empty because of pain I get.
Problem started after giving birth to my first and only child, 2 yrs back. My stomache is always tender to the touch. I do have a large fibroid, but never had this pain from it.
