Hi,
Question about my skin - 5 years ago the lower part of my face and neck area begin to turn dark (like a shadow) Now I am 51 and my under eye area have dark bloches. At this time no one seems to know how to treat this problem. I would like to know why did it occur and can it be treated. I never had any skin problems before this problem. I am a 51 year old african american living in Detroit, Michigan.

Already Tried:
I have tried several creams from my Doctor. I have even tried a medication to lighten my skin. Well, it made my skin turn red and itch. I was so upset, because this cream cost me $200.00. My Doctor has also given me shots under the eye area.
