My 15 year old son had an MRI of his pelvis, because he was having pain in his growing with some numbness in his upper thigh. The findings: at the r iliopsoas muscle adjacent to the tendon, there is poorly margingated increased T2 signal intesity and a small amount of fluid in the adjacent bursa medial to the tendon. How can this be treated and does the fluid just dissolve back into the body? Doc put him in therapy!
