I own a 2 acre plot of unrestricted land. I acre is leased out as a mobile home lot. There was already a mobile home on the property @ time of purchase. I agreed to lease the mobile home lot to the person who was already living in the mobile home when land was purchased. This mobile home is financed & not only have the tenants decided not to pay the finance company, they have not paid me for the leasing of the land either. The finance company has stated that they are foreclosing on the loan & will evict tenants & move mobile home to be sold @ auction. Can I file a lien to make sure I receive the back payments before the mobile home can be moved? If so, against who? And how?
