My daughter is 4 months old with 103.2 degree rectal ...

My daughter is 4 months old with 103.2 degree rectal temerature. She is Fussy, won't eat and is very lathargic. What should I do?

infant tyenol, cold b ath, no clothes

At her age and with the lethargy, she needs to be seen by a doctor. I would do this right away to be on the safe side.
