I've been training for a half marathon this summer. I've been increasing my mileage slowly and haven't had problems with my endurance. I went to NYC for a weekend, walked all day in flip flops, went running the next day and nearly colapsed. My right calf muscle hurt so bad. The difficult part is the pain hasn't stayed in one place. It's moved from the muscle, to the bone, to the side, to the middle. It's getting worse. I ice it and massage it but nothing is helping. I'm not sure what kind of care I need to look for!
