my 4 month baby has had a cold,she has also had a watery eye,and the contents of her nappy (poo)have been differient coulers each day,not watery but runney,she had one just now which was a dark green couler with what looked like bits of her flem in it is this ok or should i take her to a docter, she is eating normall i interdued soild food two weeks ago with 1 soild in morning and 1 at tea time,and three 8oz bottles throuth out the day and she is keeping it down,or could this be the problem?
