i have an ear that seems to be stopped up, like there's fluid behind it or something. i have had a cold for a couple of days. is this a normal symptom, and is there anything i can do to move the fluid from behind my eardrum?

Hi,

Yes, cold virus can inflame and blocks the eustachian tube causing fluid build up behind the ear drum. You can take decongestant like Sudafed tablet to move the fluid behind the ear drum.
