I have been having pains in the top of my hand, wrists,arm. It started out as just both arms being stiff but has gotten worse. I also feel it in the top of my foot and iam starting to feel it in my legs. I feel sick, tired and I will crave something and when I start to eat it I feel sick. What is wrong with me
