Please help me

After Having sex with my girlfriend, My foreskin swells up to 5 times the width it should be. It isn't that painful and I dont have a discharge or anything, but I was wondering what it might be. I was searching online and some say it might be "catdick" but I wasn't sure. And if there is an ointment or something i can purchase, what would you recomend?
