Yes, i fell 2years ago ,and had a poping of my left knee,prior to that fall,i had an mri done they told me that,there were no miniscis ters,or cartlige problems but they showed modarate joint enfusion,what is that and now its a dull awful pain that when i sit to long,i have to move ,or when i walk it gets a little better,but is allways there,dosnt bother me at night,can you help me,or tell me anything?
