I am experiencing swelling in my feet .Particularly on top of my foot and behind my ankle in the "achilles" area. My ftoes feel like someone is squeesing them in the nail bed area. I have had polio as a child years ago and am wondering could this be some form of re-occurrance or what. I do admit I am about 45 overweight , however my knees do not have the same "aching pinching feeling. I am over 55. Thankyou. LAura
