i have places on my face that really dry stuff comes out. and can be like power. white in color. also hard like pieces come out of my skin. they fell like needles coming out. really hurts. i have had this what ever it is for over a yr. i can get a small bump on my face and scarth it and the dry stuff is there. what is this.?i've used skin care cream to try i get rid of it. then the places on my skin get so dry i put a cream on it to moisten it up and they the stuff that came out of my skin will multiply. i give up!!                            XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX
