WHAT DO I HAVE? FEVER, SWOLLEN KNEES, CAN'T WALK!

I HAVE SEVERE KNEE PAIN, MY LAST MRI SHOWS PROMINENT SYNOVITES NOTED ABOUT THE ENTIRE KNEE JOING. A LARGE DEFECT IN THE POSTERIOR HORN OF THE MEDIAL MENISCUS. LARGE EROSION INVOLVING THE MEDIAL ASPECT OF THE MEDIAL TIBIAL PLATEAU IN THIS REGION. MELD EDEMA IS SEEN AROUND THE MEDIAL COLLATERAL LIEGAMENT. THERE IS A JOINT EFFUSION WITH EXTENSIVE SYNOVITIS NOTED. INFLAMMATORY PROCESS DOES APPEAR TO BE ERODING THE MEDIAL MENISCUS. SUBCHONDRAL SYSTIC AND REACTIVE MARROW CHANGES ARE SEEN IN THE MEDIAL FEMORAL CONDYLE. HELP! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT I HAVE AND IT'S BEEN 5 YEARS!

Reply to Jennifer PA-C's Post: NO, WE THOUGHT IT WAS PIGMENTED VILLONODULAR SYNOVITIS OF THE HIP AND KNEE, BUT MY DR SAID NO. NO ONE CAN FIGURE OUT WHY MY KNEES KEEP SWELLING AND CAN'T BE CONTROLLED
