my father in law has swollen feet and swollen lips whats wrong with him?

How old is he? How is his general health?

Does he have any trouble breathing or shortness of breath?

If he presses the skin where it is swollen does it bounce back quickly or slowly?

Does he take any medication?

Does he have any allergies?
