I have been having severe pain around my midsection.

I have been having severe pain around my midsection. It is right around where my bra goes. It feels like a squeezing pain, and when it happens it is hurts to breath. It usually happens after I eat lunch. When it first started a few months ago, it would continue for a couple hours, now it last longer. I went to the doctor, and was sent for an ultrasound, nothing was found.
