For the past 5 or 6 months i have had a problem with vaginal soreness. it feels as though my vagina is closing up and swollen.. but for this long of a time? it didnt start until me and my boyfriend had a lot of sex, i thought it might be an irritation so we stopped...for 5 months.. and its still here. when we try to have sex it cause pain and i dont think it is lubrication issues. although when we do foreplay a lot i get more wet and it doesnt hurt as bad, but its still sore. it feels like the walls of my vagina are open wounds. help me please,. what could this be and should i see a gynecologist?
