I workout consistently (walking, running, weight lifting), and began having a sharp pain on the bottom, outside of my right foot the other day while running. I currently have a plate and screws in my right ankle because of a fib/tib fracture, dislocation, and torn tendons/ligaments. I have not tried to run since, but my foot does have an achy, throbbing type pain to it. Stress fracture? Overuse?
