i am diabetic and i am currenytly taking metformin. but lately when i breath i have a pain or tightening in my chest area, also my body feels kind of sore at times. i went to the hospital and they did not find anything but i still have chest pains when i breath.i also experience times of dizziness and or weakness. it has kept me out of work now for over 4 weeks. what can it be?
