Birth Control

I'm currently using Tri-Levlen 28 as my birth control. I have a vacation coming up and as luck would have it I am going to be on my period that week. I'm a Sunday starter and am supposed to start my new pack tomorrow, if I wait one week and start my pack the following Sunday will it postpone my period by one week?
