A few days ago I was using my ab lounge to do crunches, after about 50 or so, I felt an odd sensation in my lower abdomin. It wasn't my abdominal muscles and it didn't hurt. I finished my crunches (5 more) and continued my day. About 3-4 hours later, I started my period, this happend 10 days after my period ended. I am 39 years old, in good physical shape and health and my cycles are and have always been regular. What did I do to myself?
