I need to know if Tylenol should be given to a patient with a severe aspirin overdose to manage the hyperthermia, and should you be aggressive with the dosing.

No,
Tylenol should not be used for the purpose of reducing temperature in cases of salicylate induced hyperthermia, due to the possibility of worsening liver damage.
As far as possible temperature reduction should be attempted using physical methods like cold water immersion, sponge baths, fans etc.
