My wife is experiencing bumps in the vagina area. At times they are quite painful. They will come to a head a break and leave scar tissue in the affected area. I do not have to worry about STD. We have been married for 29 yrs. She has tried several topical ointments, Lysine pills and nothing seems to be helping. She has had a hysterectonmy and is on hormones but it started well before that.

Also my daughter who is 28 yrs old is experiencing the same.

Any suggestions?
