Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)-

How long ago did you stop the Valium, Klonopin and Lexapro?

Would you mind telling me what your current diagnosis is?

Are you on any other medications, besides the Midodrine and Fludrocortisone?

Thanks,
Emily
