yellow bile in sputum

My son was throwing up yellow bile.

It stopped but he wanted to know why?

hello,

Whenever there is mild gastritis & as a result there is vomiting bile regurgitates from duodenum to stomach & then comes out. This should not cause much anxiety. We have to avoid gastritis to treat bile regurgitation.
