Would you please explain the harvest procdure where they take blood for my arm; spin it to separate platlets and cells, then inject it into my injured tendon in my foot and ankle.

Success rate; drawbacks, etc.?

i had the procedure today. the podiatrist tried cortisone first. didn't work but one week
