i have a small lump that on my lowe back that has been itchy on and off for several weeks. There is no color or obivous reason for it. Should I be worried?

It sounds like prurigo nodularis. This is a chronic itchy lump.

You can apply Itch-X every 3 hours not to exceed 200 mg.

If the itching is bothering you then take Benadryl or Belix oral 25 to 50 mg every 6 to 8 hours as needed not to exceed 400 mg per day.
