I have been noticing that after i shower and towel dry. I have break outs that are like a red rash with small white dots in the middle. This problem is only around my neck, shoulders, and midline of my back. It also itches. It goes away after about 10 minutes of me completely drying. I have changed soaps, thinking it was that and the problem still occurs everytime I shower.

When you say you changed soaps, is that the bath soap or laundry soap? Also, have you started using any fabric softeners or do you have new towels?

This rash is not there prior to showering?

Thanks
