I have diabetic neuropathy, oa of the knees, torn miniscus of both knees. I had cortone and hyalgan shots. nothing has helped. I can hardly walk. I can not stand for more than 10 minutes at a time before becoming in extreme pain. I am taking gabapentin 300mg x3. I have numbness and burning from my feet to my knees. What should I consider doing next? Knee replacement?
