Pregnant membrane tore and I am leaking fluid, at 22 weeks, on bed rest
but was wondering if there is any new procedures to fix this problem out there that we do not know about. Scared

At this point there are no procedures to fix this problem. The current protocol is plenty of rest of which the leak may reseal back over. You also need to make sure you drink plenty of water. As you state above, observation is also done.
