I have been having these episodes. It starts with swelling of my right jaw(where the upper and lower meet). It travels in my ear. After this happens, I get heavy dissiness, mild pain and discomfort in my chest and left arm. hard to breath, feels like I will pass out at any moment. It only happens when I sit or lay down. When I am up doing things. I have dizziness and mild pain and balance is off. My jaw always seems to swell then go back down. I' ve noticed a small knot on my jaw. what could this be. Thank you.
