Does a person with Parkinson's disease

Does a person with Parkinson's disease usually end up with some sort of dimentia such as Alzheiers? My husband has had Parkinsons for 22 years and I notice a big decline in his mental capabilities. He is 69 yrs old.

Having Parkinson's disease does not necessarily mean that you will have Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Many having Parkinson's disease will never develop Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
