In the past few weeks i have had a almost bite like lump ...

In the past few weeks i have had a almost bite like lump show up on the back of my leg, one high on the inside of my leg in a very uncomfortable area. The first 2 went away and now there are 2 more one opposite the one on the upper leg actually inside the private testicle area. Another more pea sized right on the sack. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

Already Tried:
Some ointment and putting pressure after heated cloth to excrete puss like substance. haven't tried this with the latest one.

It seems that you may be having a case of FOLLICULITIS, pus collection below the hair follicle. THe best thing would be to take a course of oral antibiotic after review with your physician so that if needed the pus can be properly drained out.
