I just noticed a large lump under the skin on my right ...

I just noticed a large lump under the skin on my right forearm today. I had not seen it before today. It is about 2"x1"x1/2" in size. No discoloration or pain. It looks like a cyst, but it worries me that it appeared out of nowhere. I am 75.
