I have a question that should be directed toward an Ob/Gyn... In my vaginal region, I have been experiencing some sort of dryness/pealing/infection of some sort right between the crease of my thigh and my vagina just in one area about 2 inches wide. My skin around it is also red. It is irritating, and at times stings, and I don't know what it is. Any idea what it could be? I have been trying to put Neosporin on it, but don't know if that is what I should do?
