I woke up with my hand asleep,I feel overly tired,but not too weak,I can still hold objects with little difficulty,I'm 27,so I dont know what this could mean.

I took Bayer & went & got my blood pressure checked,I also called a nurse phone service & asked her what I should do,I just need a 2nd opinion.
